Sales Manager – Colombia

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our regional sales operations in Colombia. The role focuses on building high‑performing teams, driving revenue growth and expanding our client portfolio within the competitive CFD and Forex market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution‑based sales and account management across the Colombian territory.
• Develop, execute and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue targets.
• Build, maintain and grow profitable client portfolios in line with corporate strategy.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates and reporting via CRM.
• Monitor sales performance, manage conversion rates and continuously drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, motivate and mentor sales teams to exceed targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and build strong client relationships to enhance retention.
• Assess sales effectiveness, costs and results to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales experience in Forex, CFDs or financial services.
• Strong leadership with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and willingness to travel for events and client meetings.
