Sales Representative – Automotive Parts

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive growth of automotive parts and workshop equipment across assigned territories in Latin America. You will develop new business, manage client relationships and promote the brand to distributors, garages and service centers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell automotive parts and workshop equipment to distributors, garages, and service centers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support when needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive sales or aftermarket parts (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of automotive components, workshop tools, or garage equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned country or region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Intermediate English proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
