Sales Representative – Car Leasing (Bogotá)

About the role

Voyager Global Mobility is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join its Bogotá team. You will work within the Global Business Services (GBS) unit, supporting branches across the United States and Latin America by converting leads into new car‑leasing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Receive pre‑filtered leads and make outbound calls to convert prospects into sales.
• Explain the features and benefits of VGM’s car‑leasing products to ensure client understanding.
• Schedule appointments for clients to visit the nearest branch and complete onboarding.
• Provide prompt customer support, answering questions and guiding clients through the leasing process.
• Document all interactions, sales progress and outcomes in the CRM system and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and branch teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telephone sales or customer service, preferably in car leasing or mobility.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to cover US and Latin American time zones.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing or related field is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
