About the role

Join Whizz’s Remote Sales & Support team to help customers discover and purchase electric bikes. This remote position requires a self‑starter with strong sales and customer‑service abilities.

Key responsibilities

Efficiently handle a large volume of calls while maintaining high service quality.
Provide detailed information about electric bikes, arrange appointments and coordinate deliveries.
Address customer concerns and objections to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Apply proven selling techniques to convert prospects into loyal clients.

Required profile

1+ years of experience in a sales role.
Availability to work New York time‑zone shifts (9 am‑6 pm or 2 pm‑11 pm).
Exceptional problem‑solving, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.

Required skills

Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
Excellent English proficiency (C1‑C2 level).
