Sales Striker – Retail Account Management

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Striker to develop a portfolio of hypermarkets, supermarkets and impulse accounts across Bogotá and surrounding areas. You will ensure maximum distribution, availability and perfect execution of Red Bull’s store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Cover the defined database and complete all allocated calls within the territory.
• Maintain optimal outlet coverage frequencies in a cost‑effective manner.
• Influence orders to keep Red Bull SKUs in stock and on display at all times.
• Implement Perfect Store standards and secure in‑store brand presence.
• Place and update POS materials correctly in all visited outlets.
• Ensure promotional compliance from day one.
• Complete monthly administration accurately and on time.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Previous FMCG experience, preferably in branded goods or retail.
• Strong ability to build, manage and cultivate business relationships.
• Excellent selling skills, including communication, negotiation and objection handling.
• Clear understanding of the Off‑Premise channel (retail, impulse, non‑traditional).
• Commercial awareness and basic commercial mathematics.
