About the role

The Sales Support Assistant will manage the end‑to‑end onboarding of new B2B deals, ensuring smooth communication between external clients and internal teams. The role is fully remote, based in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the onboarding process for new closed deals, maintaining daily tracking reports.
Monitor client integrations, liaise with technical, compliance, legal, account‑management and commercial teams.
Facilitate transition between business development and account‑management departments.
Follow project‑management procedures to ensure timely completion and resolve onsite issues.
Suggest continuous improvements to increase process efficiency.

Required profile

Located in Latin America with reliable internet connectivity.
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
Independent, able to thrive in a remote multicultural environment.

Required skills

Experience with CRM systems.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools.
Knowledge of PowerBI.
