Sales Zone Manager - Light Vehicles

About the role

General Motors is looking for a Sales Zone Manager to lead the commercial strategy and vehicle sales execution for GM/Chevrolet light vehicles in Bolivia. The role is hybrid, reporting to a specific location at least three times a week, with regular travel of 25-50%.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy and sales execution of light vehicles in Bolivia
• Ensure sustainable achievement of volume, market share, profitability, inventory, customer experience and after-sales objectives
• Manage commercial planning, inventory, pricing, negotiation and KPIs
• Work across retail, corporate, institutional and fleet channels

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, International Trade or similar
• Postgraduate or complementary training in commercial direction, marketing, finance, strategy or business administration is desirable
• 8 to 10 years of experience in sales, business development, automotive industry, sustainable consumption, distribution or dealer networks
• Experience leading commercial results through own teams, distributors, dealers or matrix structures
• Advanced Spanish; English desirable for regional and corporate interaction
• Availability to travel outside the country one or two weeks per month; relocation is not offered and costs are the candidate's responsibility

Required skills

• Knowledge of retail, corporate, institutional and fleet channels; international or multicountry experience desirable
• Use of analytical tools, CRM, commercial reports and executive presentations
