About the role
Slalom is seeking a Salesforce Technical Delivery Director to lead and optimize global delivery capabilities across Latin America. You will act as a strategic advisor, bridging our Allshore teams with US‑based operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and high‑quality client solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on team structure, ratios, and performance to support successful implementation of the delivery model.
- Work with delivery center leaders on skill development, hiring, and capacity planning.
- Identify and manage resource risks, gathering customer feedback to adjust planning.
- Collaborate with Partner Talent Fulfillment to assess partnership opportunities and support pursuits and RFPs.
- Travel up to 25% to support internal collaboration and client engagements.
Required profile
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce technical architect.
- Proven background in global nearshore/offshore delivery models.
- Strong risk‑management and talent acquisition skills.
- Experience facilitating cross‑regional team collaboration.
