About the role
The Business Banking Technology team is seeking a Salesforce Developer who will support ideation, design, development, and implementation of software to continuously improve and evolve the Business Banking Salesforce ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Champion a customer‑focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank systems and knowledge.
- Write well‑designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Ensure day‑to‑day activities align with the bank’s risk appetite, compliance, and operational controls.
- Collaborate to create and maintain software documentation and promote an inclusive, high‑performance environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience building features on the full Salesforce platform.
- Hands‑on experience with Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience developing intuitive UI with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Accredited Salesforce Platform Developer I or II.
