Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

The Salesforce Solution Architect will design and implement end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions for our clients in the healthcare technology and payments sectors. Working remotely from Colombia, you will lead both technical and business consulting engagements, ensuring solutions are scalable, user‑friendly and aligned with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and consulting sessions with customers, using a consultative approach to gather requirements and define solution architecture.
• Design, document and obtain approval for Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, ensuring usability and minimal technical debt.
• Oversee and participate in build work, quality assurance, and conduct solution walkthroughs and go‑live support.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, delivering thorough documentation and successful completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, including roles such as Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Advanced professional English, capable of leading sessions with U.S.‑based clients.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform (design, configuration, and development across clouds).
• Integration experience, preferably with MuleSoft.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) – preferred.
