Sanitation Analyst – Food Safety & Quality

About the role

Join the Quality & Food Safety team to lead sanitation programs that protect food safety and quality across the plant. You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and external service providers to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Update, monitor and improve the Master Cleaning Plan, sanitation procedures (SSOPs) and pest‑management activities.
• Conduct inspections, audits and verification activities in manufacturing and packaging areas, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training on sanitation, pest control and foreign‑material prevention.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, investigate incidents and lead improvement projects.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and external providers to ensure program execution and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing sanitation, integrated pest management or foreign‑material control programs, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and decision‑making abilities with stakeholder management experience.
• Experience working with external service providers and creating engaging training materials.
