SAP Business Analyst Expert

About the role

Softtek Colombia is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst Expert to lead Customer Experience (CX) transformation initiatives. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Emarsys solutions for enterprise clients in Bogotá.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement‑gathering activities with business stakeholders.
• Analyze, document, and validate functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Design and optimize business processes within SAP Sales Cloud V2, SAP Service Cloud V2, or SAP Customer Engagement (Emarsys).
• Translate business objectives into scalable SAP CX solutions and define integration and data strategies.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support testing activities, including UAT, validation, and defect management.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner in CX transformation projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
