SAP BW & BW-4HANA Developer

About the role

Stefanini LATAM Digital is seeking a hands‑on SAP BW & BW‑4HANA Developer to join its hybrid team in Bogotá. You will design and maintain data extraction, modelling and reporting solutions for SAP ECC/S/4HANA and non‑SAP sources, enabling business users to gain actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain extractors in ECC and S/4HANA.
• Build robust data models in SAP BW and BW‑4HANA.
• Develop seamless data flows from SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Enable analytics through BW Queries, WebI and Analysis for Office.
• Collaborate with functional teams (OTC, PTP, FI, SCM) to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Support performance tuning, data‑quality improvements and documentation.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience as an SAP BW or BW‑4HANA developer.
• Advanced English for communication with US clients.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
