SAP Coordinator (ABAP) – Colombia

About the role

Inchcape Digital is looking for an SAP Coordinator with strong ABAP expertise to join its Colombia team. You will support SAP modules across regional and global scopes, ensuring optimal technical solutions and smooth integration processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for SAP ABAP, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI and SAP PO modules, delivering solutions that follow best practices.
• Develop, test, and document ABAP code, including unit testing and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and act as the coordinator for the Colombia (COL) team.
• Serve as backup for the ABAP Support Leader when needed.
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and assist in migration, conversion, and testing projects for existing integrations.
• Learn complementary tools such as SAP Workflow, SAP BTP, UI5, and Integration Suite.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience participating in SAP projects as a consultant lead.
• Strong organizational, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• SAP ABAP certification (required).
• Optional training in SAP CPI, PI/PO, BTP/Fiori.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in English‑speaking teams.
