About the role

Join Kyndryl as an Application Consultant, driving digital transformation for customers across diverse industries by aligning technology with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough needs assessments, document functional and non‑functional specifications using Business Analysis methodologies.
• Guide customers through application modernization, selecting and customizing packaged solutions such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and others.
• Collaborate with application architects and development teams to design and implement solutions within time, cost, and quality targets.
• Consult on compatibility challenges, including hardware, OS, data conversion, and training requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in application development, deployment, migration and modernization.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Growth mindset, customer‑focused and inclusive approach to teamwork.

Required skills

• Application architecture, middleware and data integration.
• BI, database principles, SQL and programming fundamentals.
• Agile methods, Service Architecture and enterprise Cloud Integration.
• SaaS implementation experience (Oracle E‑Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc.).
• Application modernization tools (e.g., CAST) and DevSecOps processes.
