About the role

Join Salesforce's Futureforce internship program as a Scale Program LATAM Intern. You will work within the Alliances & Channels team, supporting partner management and sales strategy across the LATAM market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Scale project in LATAM.
• Recruit new AI‑focused partners and manage onboarding.
• Track partner activities, pipeline generation, progression, and deal closures.
• Monitor consumption on deals involving Scale partners and run periodic business reviews.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree, graduating between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Strong academic record with excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Proactive problem‑solver, collaborative team player, and passionate about technology and business partnerships.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform familiarity.
