Scrum Master

About the role

Rockwell Automation seeks a Scrum Master to coach Agile development teams working on software, firmware, or hardware products. The role focuses on fostering continuous improvement, removing impediments, and ensuring effective Agile practices.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand‑Up, Refinement, Review, Retrospective) for multiple teams.
• Coach teams on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles and practices.
• Identify and reduce dependencies across teams and communicate their status.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Leaders to maintain a healthy backlog.
• Work with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and improve program performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and minimum B2 English proficiency.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role.
• Ability to support multiple teams and foster a collaborative, growth‑mindset environment.

Required skills

• Scrum, Kanban, SAFe frameworks.
• Project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
