Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist, Export

About the role

As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist you will coordinate export sea‑freight operations, ensure accurate documentation and maintain effective communication with carriers, shipping lines and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on sea‑freight export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
• Manage bookings with carriers and shipping lines and monitor their status.
• Maintain communication with carriers, shipping lines, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare, review and follow up on export documentation.
• Update operational information throughout the shipment process and proactively communicate issues.
• Support resolution of operational requirements to ensure high service levels.

Required profile

• Professional or final‑semester student in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or related operational roles.
• Experience managing bookings and communicating with carriers or shipping lines.
• Knowledge of export documentation and international logistics processes.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up and customer‑service orientation.
• Conversational English.
