About the role

The Search Engine Optimization Strategist (SEO) will drive sustainable digital growth for Emapta’s global clients by applying data‑driven optimization, technical expertise, and strategic search initiatives. Your recommendations will directly impact online visibility, customer acquisition, and long‑term business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies that increase organic traffic and conversions.
• Support the Senior SEO Strategist in tactical execution and performance monitoring.
• Analyze website data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Adobe Analytics.
• Perform backlink audits, link clean‑up, and competitive SERP analysis.
• Optimize e‑commerce sites and long‑form content for search engines.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, and Jira.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of proven SEO experience with measurable growth results.
• Experience supporting senior SEO leadership and executing end‑to‑end SEO projects.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and inbound marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Adobe Analytics; GA certification preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and Vignette.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript principles.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
