Self Storage Operations Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing self‑storage ownership and operations company seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to own the day‑to‑day performance of our expanding portfolio. This remote position serves the LATAM region and reports directly to the founders, allowing them to focus on growth and acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple self‑storage facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Monitor property conditions via camera systems and operational reports, addressing issues proactively.
• Coordinate unit readiness, turning vacant units over quickly for new tenants.
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including dispatch, oversight, and quality control for contractors such as electricians, landscapers, and maintenance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes as the portfolio scales.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple self‑storage or similar commercial property portfolios.
• Strong decision‑making ability with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
