Self Storage Operations Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Self Storage Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day performance of our rapidly expanding portfolio of self‑storage facilities. This remote role supports our LATAM priority location and works closely with the founders to ensure operational excellence across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of several self‑storage facilities, maintaining company standards and ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitor property conditions via camera systems and operational reports, proactively addressing issues.
• Coordinate unit readiness, turning vacant units over quickly for new tenants.
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle—including gate contractors, landscaping, electricians, roofing, door repair, snow removal and general maintenance—dispatching, tracking, and verifying work.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes as the portfolio scales.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple self‑storage facilities or similar real‑estate portfolios.
• Ability to make independent decisions and operate with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
