Semi Senior Procurement Analyst

About the role

Pearster is seeking a Semi Senior Procurement Analyst to support day‑to‑day procurement operations for an international client. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to request quotations, confirm orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders throughout the procurement cycle.
• Compare supplier proposals based on pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor order status, resolve purchasing‑related issues, and support supplier onboarding.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Experience working with international suppliers (nice to have).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Based in LATAM and available for full‑time remote work.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or procurement management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
