Senior Account Executive (B2B)

About the role

As a Senior Account Executive you will manage an existing portfolio of B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction and drive growth. You will be responsible for nurturing long‑term relationships, identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with client business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Identify and pursue cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities based on evolving client needs.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver seamless service.
• Monitor account performance, interpret KPIs, and ensure continuous value delivery.
• Provide onboarding support, training, and proactive engagement throughout the client lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in services, technology or financial solutions.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales and client‑retention targets.
• Experience managing existing client portfolios, including renewals and relationship development.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret client behavior trends.
• Customer‑centric, consultative approach and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of the credit reporting industry or experience in credit management, collections or risk is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
