Senior Account Executive – Technology Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive adoption of a cutting‑edge Node.js observability and security platform. This remote‑first position focuses on outbound sales, engaging high‑value prospects, and influencing our global market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead sourcing and qualification to closing.
• Conduct proactive outreach via LinkedIn and other channels to engage prospects within the Node.js ecosystem.
• Guide prospects through solutioning and the entire customer lifecycle.
• Engage technical stakeholders to demonstrate platform integration with IDEs for debugging and security challenges.
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to engagement, pipeline conversion, and total contract value.

Required profile

• Proven track record in lead sourcing, qualification, and outbound sales development.
• Extensive experience with LinkedIn outreach and social selling.
• Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Ability to work within the CST timezone with flexibility for core team overlap.
• Self‑starter mentality with discipline to manage a remote sales pipeline independently.
