Senior Account Manager – Andean Region

About the role

Netflix is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead pre‑to‑post‑sale campaign execution for its partners in Colombia and Peru. The role acts as a strategic liaison between Netflix sales partners and clients, ensuring campaigns are planned, launched and optimised to deliver outstanding results.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Partners to understand client objectives and deliver excellent service across the Andean markets.
• Host weekly pipeline and pacing meetings to align on upcoming launches and monitor active campaign performance.
• Develop media plans and contribute to RFP responses, covering packaging, pricing and targeting.
• Lead campaign kick‑off meetings, gather launch assets and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to produce custom creative.
• Work closely with Ad Operations for accurate order implementation and technical troubleshooting.
• Oversee delivery performance, apply optimisation tactics and provide post‑campaign performance reports.
• Manage campaign escalations and develop long‑term solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Netflix ad products, sponsorships, targeting capabilities and policies.
• Support monthly billing and invoicing processes with finance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client and agency partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management or sales planning within the digital media industry, focusing on video advertising.
• Proven experience with sales operation systems such as CRM, OMS and ad servers.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project‑management abilities.
• Effective written communication and the capacity to translate data for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with advertising research and verification vendors.
