About the role

This role is part of UPS Global Business Services, focusing on collections and credit administration. The associate will manage customer billing requests, improve cash flow, and reduce delinquency across multiple products and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries within SLA.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve complex payment issues.
  • Develop, create, and analyze collection and accounts receivable reports.
  • Update customer and stakeholder information using various software programs.
  • Monitor and maintain assigned customer accounts and submit write‑off recommendations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, preferably in Business or related field.
  • Prior collections experience with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Basic negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
