About the role

This permanent position at UPS Global Business Services in Medellin focuses on collections and credit administration. The associate will improve cash flow, reduce delinquencies, and limit bad‑debt exposure while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries within agreed service‑level agreements.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve complex payment‑delay issues.
  • Develop, create, and analyse collection and accounts‑receivable reports.
  • Update customer and stakeholder information using multiple software tools.
  • Monitor and maintain assigned customer accounts and submit write‑off recommendations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, preferably in Business or a related field.
  • Prior experience in collections and strong organizational and prioritisation skills.
  • Basic negotiation abilities and experience handling objections.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
