About the role
This position is responsible for managing collections and credit activities for various customers, aiming to improve cash flow, reduce delinquencies, and limit bad debt exposure. The role involves extensive interaction with customers, external agencies, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries within SLA.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve complex payment issues.
- Develop, create, and analyze collection and accounts receivable reports.
- Update customer and stakeholder information using multiple software programs.
- Monitor and maintain assigned customer accounts and submit write‑off recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, preferably in Business or related field.
- Prior collections experience with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Basic negotiation skills and experience handling objections.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
