Senior AI & GCP Technical Consultant – Agentic AI

About the role

We are looking for a senior AI and Google Cloud Platform consultant to design and deliver enterprise‑grade agentic and generative AI solutions. The role involves hands‑on development, technical leadership, and close collaboration with both engineering and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers and translate business needs into scalable AI architectures.
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK, including tool/function calling, dynamic routing, and hierarchical delegation.
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, manage data platforms (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, AlloyDB, etc.), and ensure secure, production‑ready deployments on GCP.
• Provide guidance on AI security guardrails, observability (Langfuse, AgentOps), and LLMOps best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise technical consulting or solution architecture.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers, lead discovery workshops, and co‑develop solutions with engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
