Senior Analyst, Billing Operations

About the role

Mastercard is hiring a Billing Operations Analyst in Bogota. The role supports manual billing operations across the Services business, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness in internal and external billing communications, while driving process improvements and reporting automation to reduce manual intervention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing processes across the business, including corrections and adjustments
• Support internal stakeholders in resolving account and invoice issues, including contract review and billing summaries
• Support reconciliation of billing data across systems to ensure consistency and compliance
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work with available tools and document ongoing process improvements

Required profile

• Preferred BA or equivalent degree
• 2+ years of experience in billing, finance operations or revenue operations, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business
• Familiarity with billing workflows and correction processes
• Experience supporting internal stakeholders and external customers with billing inquiries
• Detail-oriented, problem-solving, collaborative and able to work with minimal supervision

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
