Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner

About the role

Mastercard’s Technology Business Unit is seeking a Senior Analyst to act as a Finance Business Partner. In this role you will provide financial guidance, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision‑making across the global payments network.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, supporting overall planning processes.
• Deliver insights and financial reporting to management, analysing actual results, opportunities and risks.
• Identify efficiencies within programs and recommend actions to operational leadership.
• Support strategy and process improvements for budgeting, forecasting, and systems alignment.
• Develop and maintain financial and business models, dashboards, KPIs and other performance metrics.
• Manage month‑end close and forecast processes, including Hyperion data loads and P&L analysis.
• Analyze trends, address ad‑hoc queries and help formulate mitigation plans.
• Create and maintain performance and expense tracking reports to drive insight and accountability.
• Drive process improvements through standard and ad‑hoc reporting tools and Excel dashboards.
