Senior Analyst

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Revenue Operations and Enablement team in Bogota. The role focuses on the MasterCard Consolidated Billing System (MCBS) and supports the end‑to‑end billing lifecycle for products and services worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the operational point of contact for the billing application, ensuring day‑to‑day support and issue resolution.
• Identify trends, recurring issues and operational risks, recommending process and product improvements.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on billing functionality, invoicing processes and downstream impacts.
• Lead intake, vetting and prioritisation of enhancement requests in partnership with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, business rules, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technology partners to refine scope, assess feasibility and support backlog prioritisation.
• Validate delivered solutions against requirements and coordinate testing, documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Create and maintain job aids, operating procedures, user guides and training materials for the billing environment.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in billing operations, financial systems and revenue processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to work with business owners, technology teams and end users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality documentation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the MasterCard Consolidated Billing System (MCBS) or similar large‑scale billing platforms.
