Senior Analyst, Revenue Controls

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to support and enhance Revenue Controls processes, reporting, and compliance across its operations. The role partners with cross‑functional teams to identify risks, drive improvements, and provide data‑driven insights that inform decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance Revenue Controls processes, controls, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Analyze data to develop insights, trends, metrics, and reporting for decision‑making.
• Lead projects by developing timelines, documenting processes, tracking actions, and driving execution.
• Assist with risk mitigation, audit, and investigative activities.
• Communicate action plans and address control gaps with business partners.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and control evidence.
• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven project management, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Alteryx, or SQL.
• Understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance, audit, or financial operations (preferred).
