Senior Analyst, Transportation Network Performance

About the role

As a Senior Analyst, Transportation Network Performance, you will join Veho’s Network Optimization team to continuously improve the health and efficiency of the transportation network. You will audit modeled performance against real‑world data, monitor dock congestion, quantify the impact of consolidations, and drive real‑time corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Compare actual transportation metrics (transit times, lane utilization, truck fill rates) with modeled plans and recommend corrective actions.
• Own the daily view of network performance across lanes, hubs, and regions, identifying trends and service impacts.
• Serve as operational owner of the Transportation Logistics Scheduling (TLS) and Network Mapping tools, ensuring they reflect real‑world behavior.
• Develop and maintain a trade‑off framework for volume deviations, providing real‑time analytical support for routing and lane decisions.
• Evaluate transit times and hub load/unload cycles, diagnose root causes, and suggest clock optimizations.
• Assess transportation impact of network change requests and communicate implications to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on analytical mindset with a passion for pulling the right levers at the right moment.
• Experience working with transportation or logistics networks and performance data.
• Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable network decisions.
• Comfort collaborating with Transportation Operations, Ground Operations, Product, and Network Optimization teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transportation Logistics Scheduling (TLS) tool.
• Proficiency with Network Mapping tools.
