About the role
Caseware is seeking a Senior Angular Software Developer to lead design system engineering. You will work remotely from Colombia, shaping the technical foundation of our design system and delivering high‑quality, accessible UI components for enterprise applications.
Key responsibilities
- Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals that deliver near‑term business value while aligning with long‑term product vision.
- Influence technical direction through architecture reviews, RFCs, and hands‑on collaboration with senior developers and architects.
- Build, document, test, and maintain reusable Angular components with strong accessibility and clear APIs.
- Design and support module federation patterns for Angular applications to enable safe, scalable front‑end composition.
- Mentor developers, lead design discussions, and champion AI‑augmented development practices.
Required profile
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, primarily front‑end engineering for enterprise‑scale web applications.
- Expert‑level Angular proficiency, including component architecture, routing, build tooling, and performance optimization.
- Deep knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and experience implementing accessible Angular components.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across product, design, and engineering teams.

- Angular (including module federation)
- TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS
- Storybook or similar component documentation tools
- Nx, npm package workflows
- Design tokens, theming systems
- Figma, Jira, Confluence
- AI‑assisted development tools (inline completion, conversational assistants)
