Senior Architect – Residential Projects (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead high‑end residential and mixed‑use design projects for a U.S. client. The position is fully remote within Latin America, working on a New York schedule and collaborating directly with the client and engineering partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and refinement of comprehensive Revit models, detailed architectural sets, and construction documentation.
• Define design intent, evaluate materials, construction methods, and sustainability goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the client, presenting proposals and translating requirements into technical execution.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external engineering teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Manage project timelines, oversee internal deliverables, and guide projects from schematic design through final documentation.

Required profile

• Advanced English (B2+/C1) with strong technical and conversational skills.
• 5+ years of architectural design and project leadership experience, focused on residential projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; BIM Revit certifications or construction management credentials are a plus.

Required skills

• Revit (advanced/expert proficiency).
• AutoCAD.
• Bluebeam Revu.
• Lumion, Enscape or V‑Ray for rendering.
• MS Office.
