Senior Associate Supply Chain – Order Management (Bogotá)

About the role

Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate in Supply Chain to manage order processing and shipment execution for its Bogotá operations. The role involves coordinating with planning, warehouse, transportation and regional teams to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining accurate data in SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor customer and intercompany orders through shipment readiness and execution.
• Create, maintain, and follow up on sales orders, stock transfer orders and deliveries in SAP.
• Coordinate order and shipment readiness with planning, scheduling, warehouse, transportation and cross‑functional partners.
• Support carrier selection, freight booking and preparation of shipment documentation.
• Monitor open orders, identify potential delays, and proactively follow up on pending actions.
• Resolve order and shipment exceptions, including customs holds and system issues.
• Maintain accurate transactional data in SAP and other applicable systems.
• Participate in operational meetings, communicate risks and priorities, and support process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience in order management or a related operational function within a regulated healthcare environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience using SAP or another ERP system for order and inventory processing.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
