Senior Bilingual Salesforce Consultant (EN/ES) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Salesforce Consultant who is fluent in English and Spanish and can work fully remotely. The role blends functional consulting with hands‑on development, allowing you to lead requirements workshops and deliver custom Apex and LWC solutions for North‑American clients.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automations.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other standard objects.
• Provide daily client‑facing communication with U.S. stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver complex, high‑impact projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or equivalent).
• Hybrid skill set covering both configuration and development.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher; Spanish fluency required.
• Active Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I, or Consultant track preferred).
• Strong communication and client‑management abilities.
