Senior Billing Analyst – GBS Shared Services

About the role
The Senior Billing Analyst ensures accurate customer invoicing and supports the B2C billing team within SGS's GBS Americas shared services center. You will collaborate with finance and operational teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end billing, including invoice generation, account reconciliation and data review.
- Investigate and resolve complex billing disputes and escalations.
- Monitor accounts receivable, revenue intake and support monthly/quarterly audits.
- Analyze billing procedures, identify improvement opportunities and prepare analytical reports for supervisors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in billing, finance or accounting.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
