About the role
The Senior Business Analyst, FP&A Insights & Analytics will transform financial data into actionable business insights, supporting leadership with performance metrics and operational trends.
Key responsibilities
- Develop executive‑level dashboards and scorecards using Power BI.
- Support leadership with insights on performance, trends, and operational metrics.
- Establish validation rules, reconciliation processes, and metadata governance across planning, ERP, and BI layers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance or analytics.
- Proven ability to present insights to senior leadership.
Required skills
- Power BI (DAX, dataflows, modeling).
- Experience with Qlik, Looker or similar analytics tools.
- SQL, Python, R, and cloud platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery.
- Predictive analytics or statistical modeling.
