About the role
The Senior Business Analyst, FP&A Insights & Analytics transforms financial data into actionable business insights, focusing on planning, forecasting, reporting and advanced analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop executive-level dashboards and scorecards using Power BI.
- Support leadership with performance, trend and operational metric insights.
- Establish validation rules, reconciliation processes and metadata governance.
- Ensure data alignment across planning, ERP and BI layers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years experience in FP&A, Business Finance or Analytics.
- Experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
Required skills
- Power BI (including DAX, dataflows, modeling).
- Qlik, Looker or similar analytics tools.
- SQL, Python, R.
- Cloud platforms: Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery.
