Senior Business Development - Amazon Connect (LATAM)

About the role

The Senior Business Development position for Amazon Connect in LATAM drives top-line revenue growth and market adoption of Amazon Connect across the Latin American region. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, building and scaling the business through partner ecosystems, field sales enablement and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and customer adoption of Amazon Connect across LATAM markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica and Peru.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with vertical sales teams, solution architects and partner organizations.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, ISVs and technology partners to accelerate adoption.
• Enable field sales teams and partners through training, sales plays and vertical-specific solutions.
• Establish business and technical relationships with C-level executives and line-of-business leaders.
• Collaborate with Global Sales, WWSO Specialist Sales and regional teams to identify and close opportunities.
• Create scalable mechanisms for pipeline generation, opportunity qualification and revenue tracking.
• Lead customer engagements focused on contact center transformation and AI-powered customer experience solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with business application technologies, ideally in Contact Center as a Service or Customer / Employee Experience.
• Preferred: experience as a founder or executive, practice leader or business unit owner; experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
