Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Coordinator will analyze data and provide strategic insights to support decision‑making within the Distributor Cluster, including Puerto Rico. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, finance, supply, HR and distributor contacts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regular ad‑hoc reports on KPIs such as sales, inventory and customer metrics.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for senior management and operational staff.
• Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring centralized information for the distributor cluster.
• Support forecasting models, pricing analysis, incentive program management and business reviews.
• Act as liaison between business units to meet data needs and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in business intelligence or data analysis, preferably in FMCG/personal care.
• Strong market analysis, strategic thinking and financial acumen.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
