Senior Client Engagement Manager – Packaging

About the role

The Packaging vertical at NielsenIQ is seeking a senior‑level professional to act as the primary point of contact for strategic global clients. You will help clients unlock the value of NielsenIQ’s data, platforms and AI‑enabled solutions, delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client engagement lead for strategic accounts, building trusted relationships.
• Answer business questions and provide recommendations using NielsenIQ data, dashboards, RMS, NPI, Omni and AI‑enhanced tools.
• Analyse market, category, consumer and industry data to surface trends and opportunities.
• Develop recurring and ad‑hoc reports, presentations and insight‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with global Analytics and Operations teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Translate complex datasets into clear business stories for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Deliver client training, onboarding and enablement sessions on NielsenIQ platforms and tools.
• Drive adoption of NielsenIQ solutions by educating clients on best practices and use cases.
• Identify market trends in FMCG, Packaging, Sustainability, Retail and eCommerce and support sales in solution expansion.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, FMCG, analytics consulting, customer success or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate business insights.
• Proven experience working directly with clients and presenting findings.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, globally matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with dashboards, analytics platforms or business intelligence tools.
