Senior Coordinator – Indirect Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a strategic procurement professional to lead our indirect spend categories, with a particular focus on Marketing and Commercial services. The Senior Coordinator will drive sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and deliver cost‑optimization while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies for indirect spend.
• Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes from definition to award.
• Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing supplier relationships.
• Identify cost‑saving and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Drive risk‑management and supply‑continuity initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and key procurement KPIs.
• Support procurement governance and procure‑to‑pay compliance.
• Promote innovation and sustainable sourcing practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience.
• Proven experience managing Marketing and Commercial spend categories such as media, digital marketing, agencies, market research, promotional services, and events.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and contract‑management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
