Senior Cyber Info Assurance Analyst

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a senior professional to manage and support its directory services infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage Active Directory and Entra ID environments, including Group Policy implementation.
• Monitor system availability, capacity, performance, logging, and alerting for IAM technologies.
• Plan and execute upgrade and patching projects in collaboration with local, offshore, and vendor teams.
• Develop automation to improve end‑user experience and define operational policies and procedures.
• Provide second‑ and third‑level support, on‑call rotation, ticket management, and root‑cause analysis for outages.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate directory services with other applications and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of IT security or Identity & Access Management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive approach to system maintenance.

Required skills

• Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Group Policy (GPO) management.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Microsoft Azure cloud platform and Windows Server.
• ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Logging and monitoring tools like Splunk.
