Senior Cybersecurity Engineer – Agentic AI Platforms

About the role

Globant is seeking a senior‑level Cybersecurity Engineer to protect Agentic AI platforms. The role focuses on defending large language model (LLM) workloads, securing autonomous code execution, and ensuring compliance with emerging AI security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Mitigate LLM vulnerabilities such as prompt injection and conduct red‑team adversarial testing.
• Secure Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent‑to‑agent interfaces, including sandboxing autonomous code.
• Harden cloud‑native Kubernetes clusters and enforce runtime policies using OPA and Kyverno.
• Implement Zero Trust and workload identity with SPIFFE/SPIRE, PKI, and Vault/OpenBao.
• Enforce supply‑chain integrity through SBOMs, Sigstore, and confidential computing (Intel TDX, AMD SEV‑SNP).
• Engineer detection for agentic misbehavior and apply AI compliance frameworks such as OWASP LLM, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST AI RMF.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience with Agentic AI platforms and security engineering.
• Conversational English proficiency (B2+).

Required skills

• LLM vulnerability mitigation (prompt injection).
• Red‑team testing of AI models.
• Kubernetes hardening and Policy‑as‑Code with OPA and Kyverno.
• Zero Trust workload identity using SPIFFE/SPIRE and Vault/OpenBao.
• Supply‑chain security with SBOMs and Sigstore.
• Confidential computing (Intel TDX, AMD SEV‑SNP).
• AI compliance frameworks (OWASP LLM, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF).
