Senior Data Analyst & Business Intelligence Associate (GOC)

About the role

As a Senior Associate in the Global Operations Centre, you will work with teams across the United States, Europe and Asia to deliver high‑impact data solutions for media performance reporting and business intelligence. You will design, build and maintain cloud‑based data pipelines while ensuring data quality and supporting client reporting needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain cloud‑based data solutions supporting BI and media performance reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers and UX designers to create data pipelines and workflows.
• Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Operations teams to define reporting and visualization requirements.
• Onboard new client teams to cloud data solutions and provide ongoing support.
• Define QA guidelines and automate quality‑assurance processes.
• Develop tools, processes and best practices to improve workflows.
• Act as subject‑matter expert in data quality, BI tools and business rules.
• Coordinate status meetings, track tasks and resolve project roadblocks.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in data governance, warehousing and ETL.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Familiarity with data‑engineering platforms such as Databricks and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with project‑management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps).
