Senior Delivery Manager – Digital Engineering

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, growth, and evolution of digital engineering services for strategic clients. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and profitable account management while guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead software engineering programs to meet quality, scope, timeline, and client satisfaction targets.
• Own account financial health by tracking revenue, margin, utilization, forecasting and cost control.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders and represent delivery in executive forums.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, manage performance, coach talent and retain staff.
• Identify delivery risks, define corrective actions and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, including automation and AI adoption.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives and maintain alignment across clients, business leaders and engineering teams.
• Establish and monitor operational, financial and quality metrics for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Support presales by shaping solutions, defining delivery approaches and contributing to account growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology, software engineering or digital transformation.
• 5+ years in Delivery Management, Program Management or Engineering Management.
• Proven leadership of software engineering teams of 30+ people.
• Strong financial management, client management and executive communication skills.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with automation and AI adoption in delivery processes.
