Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

Mint Data is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex, high‑value web data projects for enterprise clients. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and on budget while acting as a strategic partner to C‑suite stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, execute, and deliver full project lifecycles for web data solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines and dependencies.
• Track expenses and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, handling status updates, risk communication, change requests, and escalations.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks specific to web data, such as source‑website changes, data‑quality gaps, and SLA commitments.
• Collaborate with R&D, Data Ops, QA, Customer Success, and external vendors to maintain quality and risk management.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at top‑tier ISVs and enterprise accounts.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to streamline planning, reporting, and communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in a global tech, SaaS, or consulting environment.
• Experience with enterprise or high‑value B2B clients, preferably Fortune 500 or global ISVs.
• Deep knowledge of project‑management best practices, frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Professional English (C1+) with the ability to engage at VP and C‑suite level.
